Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Technical Manager to lead software development initiatives, manage a dynamic team, and deliver cutting-edge Java-based solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical excellence, leadership, and strategic thinking to drive successful project execution.

  • Manage and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • 9-12 years of experience in Java development, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, architecture, and project goals.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and robust Java applications using best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation of microservices, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Drive agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of projects with high quality.
  • Provide technical guidance to resolve complex challenges during development cycles.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Manage budgets, project timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and drive innovation in software development processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, scalability, and performance standards.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Expertise in Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and microservices architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, and messaging systems.
  • Proficiency in Agile development, version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
