Job Title: Project Manager (Web Development, Dev Ops, Python, Node.js) Job Location: Gurugram Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2.5 to 4+ yrs Overview: We are looking for an experienced and versatile Project Manager to lead a range of exciting and innovative projects across various domains, including Word Press-based websites, Dev Ops-managed services, Python development, and Node.js applications. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of managing multiple types of technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing diverse teams and projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, meeting both client and internal expectations. Key Responsibilities: ● Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and successful implementation of projects across Word Press websites, Dev Ops services, Python applications, and Node.js development. ● Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, system administrators, and Dev Ops engineers. Ensure that all team members are aligned with project goals and deadlines. ● Stakeholder Management: Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams ensuring transparency and setting clear expectations regarding timelines, budgets, and deliverables. ● Agile Project Management: Oversee projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring projects stay on track and teams are motivated and productive. ● Scope and Resource Management: Define project scope, set realistic timelines, and allocate resources accordingly. Continuously assess and adjust resources as required to stay within budget and meet deadlines. ● Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Work with the team to develop solutions and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or challenges. ● Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest standards, including rigorous testing and debugging processes. Support teams in reviewing deliverables to ensure they meet client requirements and quality expectations. ● Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, adopting new technologies, and improving processes for future projects. Skills & Qualifications: ● Experience: ○ 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on web development, Dev Ops, and software engineering. ○ Experience managing projects across multiple technical domains such as Word Press websites, Dev Ops services, and Python/Node.js development. ● Technical Knowledge: ○ Strong understanding of Word Press, including themes, plugins, and website management best practices. ○ Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD, automation tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). ○ Solid understanding of Python and Node.js, including their ecosystems, frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Express), and related technologies. ● Methodologies: ○ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing software development projects. ○ Strong ability to plan, track, and manage projects using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. ● Communication & Leadership Skills: ○ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders. ○ Proven track record of leading teams, managing conflict, and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and team members. ● Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: ○ Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on risk management and issue resolution. ○ Ability to analyze complex situations, make data-driven decisions, and adapt to changing project needs. ● Education: ○ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). ○ PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
