We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Operations Manager to join our academic production team at ALLEN Digital. Responsibilities : Oversee daily studio and post-production operations Coordinate across departments (writing, shoot, edit, animation)Optimize resource allocation, timelines, and quality Maintain inventory of tech and shoot materials Requirements : ~3+ years experience in studio or production operations ~ Strong project management and leadership skills ~ Solid understanding of relevant AI tools(Chat GPT, Claude, etc.) with the ability to use them for improving tracking and productivity is essential.
