Role Description
We’re seeking a results-driven E-commerce Sales Expert to accelerate growth and optimize our online sales channels. In this role, you will take ownership of our e-commerce platforms, using data-driven strategies to boost sales and improve customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee and continuously enhance our Shopify platform to ensure an intuitive, seamless shopping experience, maximizing customer engagement and conversions.
Data & Performance Analytics: Utilize GA4 and data analysis tools to track and interpret customer behaviour, identify sales trends, and monitor website performance to inform strategies and decision-making.
Market Research & Growth Strategy: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential growth opportunities, and optimize product offerings to align with customer needs.
Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted campaigns, promotions, and customer retention strategies, with a focus on channels such as WhatsApp marketing.
Sales Funnel Optimization: Continuously evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to streamline and optimize the sales funnel.
Trend Monitoring & Adaptation: Stay informed on the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends, bringing innovative ideas to enhance our online presence and maximize sales.
Qualifications
E-commerce Expertise: Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using GA4 and other data analysis tools.
Market Awareness: Ability to conduct market research and adapt strategies based on customer insights and industry trends.
Collaborative & Communicative: Strong English communication skills with a team-oriented approach, especially in marketing and customer engagement.
Results-Oriented: A proactive, solutions-focused mindset aimed at achieving measurable outcomes in sales and customer satisfaction.
Experience - 3+ yrs
CTC - Upto 6.5 LPA
