Job Purpose: Plan and design systems as per business requirement and ensure efficient Supply Chain Management for uninterrupted Plants operations and customer s expectations aligned to Unit , Regional & Corporate Policy/Plan Must have candidate requirements : Experience in Oil procurement, Global S&OP design & implementation Good to have Candidate requirements : Experience in warehouse and logistics Minimum years of experience : 14 Regions to be managed : This role will oversee China, Thailand, Korea and India Reporting to : This role will report to Chief Manufacturing Officer, Asia Team size: 2 people reporting directly to this role and 7 dotted reporting to this role.

Financial : Feedstock s buying of US$ 100 Mill (Approx) Stores & Spares inventory- US$ 11.5 Mill (Approx) Volume : Annual buying volume: Feedstock-350,000 MT, SLS-1400 MT, Packing material (Jumbo bags1000kg -80,000 nos, Jumbo Bags 500 Kg-70,000 nos, Paper bags-500,000 nos, Bulk liners- 3000 nos, Stores and spares about 5000 Items, with an inventory of 130 Mill Baht (Approx) Customers : Serving to internal customers as well as external customers like Bridgestone, Michelin, Goodyear, Sumitomo, Yokohama etc on supply chain front.

; Technology : Microsoft Office and SAP KRAs : Global Sourcing, to negotiate price and quantity levels some major items on a group-level basis.

For cost optimization.

Vendor Development, To develop vendors (both old and new) for alternate source and competitive price Ensure proper vendor master data and formats for records & communication in use for efficient operation.

Ensure timely processing of PRs, POs, Deliveries and Rejections to satisfy the internal customers To Plan packing materials, Process chemicals, Auxiliary chemicals and Min-Max Items for smooth plant operation.

To ensure procurement of indented stores material & services of specified quantity at right time as per quality parameter.

To plan, monitor, control and review the process of Stores.

Safeguard Company s interest in commercial clauses / corporate norms by developing norms and ensure adherence to them.

In bound & Outbound Logistics Ensure proper delivery lead times for carbon feedstock oil material Transport from Sriracha.

And supply of finish goods to local customers and Port Warehouse Management (Packaging) and Warehouse Management (Dispatch)
