Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and user-centered Graphic and UI/UX Designer to join our collaborative and innovative team. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for creating visually delightful and easy-to-use digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other departments to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative and expressive graphics for the company.
- Design beautiful, interesting, and effective graphics that emphasize the company and its products.
- Strategize designs that elicit a positive response, communicate important ideas, and reflect company values.
- Integrate company values into design work to effectively demonstrate the nature of the company and attract customers.
- Consult with management to ensure designs adhere to company standards, express desired ideas, and accurately represent products.
- Innovate new and exciting visual designs that capture the target market’s attention and highlight essential aspects of the product.
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and incorporating user feedback.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components, and informational components.
- Create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, such as responsiveness issues.
- Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and management teams.
- Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance the user experience.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Figma, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and UI/UX skills.
- 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design and UI/UX.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Knowledge of current design trends and techniques.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and responsive design is a plus.
- Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
- Understanding accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
