We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of construction projects. If you have a strong background in civil engineering, are proficient in AutoCAD, and possess advanced Excel skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for proposed construction projects based on detailed plans and specifications.
• Prepare and submit bills for under construction or completed construction works , ensuring accurate measurements and calculations.
• Utilize AutoCAD to interpret project drawings and extract quantities for BoQ preparation.
• Demonstrate high-level proficiency in MS Excel to manage large datasets, conduct cost analysis, and generate reports.

Qualifications:

• B.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong experience in quantity surveying , cost estimation, and construction documentation.
• Expertise in AutoCAD for drawing interpretation and quantity measurement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for project tracking, data management, and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with construction estimating software .
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations .
