We are looking for a talented Sr. Engineer - Dev Ops to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities:
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Work closely with the development team to design, implement, and scale CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
Infrastructure Automation: Set up and manage infrastructure using modern automation tools like Docker, Ansible, Salt , and Jenkins.
Optimization & Monitoring: Optimize server performance and infrastructure costs while ensuring robust monitoring for high-availability systems.
Code, Build, and Release Management: Leverage Git, Jenkins , and Chef for smooth code management and deployment processes.
Security & Compliance: Integrate Dev Sec Ops best practices, ensuring robust security measures (authentication, authorization, auditing) are in place for all applications and services.
Collaboration & Support: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain mission-critical applications.
Continuous Deployment: Build and automate deployment workflows, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to production.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: 2-4 years in Dev Ops roles with hands-on experience setting up and managing large-scale CI/CD pipelines.
Core Skills:
Proficiency in Red Hat Open Shift (1+ year)
Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Git Lab , and Git
Scripting expertise in Shell and at least one other language ( Python or Ruby )
Familiarity with tools like Ansible and Salt
Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Redis, Data Grid , and multi-tier distributed systems
SRE Expertise: Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and infrastructure optimization.
Security Focus: Awareness of Dev Sec Ops and OWASP Top 10.
Certifications (Preferred): Dev Ops / Dev Sec Ops certifications, Red Hat Open Shift / Kubernetes , or Open Shift Administration.
Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
