Executive/Senior Executive NPD(Color Cosmetics-Ahmedabad)

Develop project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of new product launch
Research emerging beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity in color cosmetics
Partner with R&D to conceptualize and test formulations that align with brand guidelines and quality standards
Negotiate costs and maintain vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery
Ensure all products comply with local and global regulatory standards, including labeling and safety requirements.
Oversee stability testing, safety testing, and consumer trials to ensure product efficacy and satisfaction
Ensure continuous quality checks during and post-production phases
Monitor budgets for product development, including formulations, testing, and packaging
Qualifications & Experience
~ MBA/Master’s/Bachelor's degree in Cosmetics Science, Chemistry, or related fiel
~3-6 years of experience in New Product Development within the cosmetics, beauty, or Skin/Personal Care industry
~ Strong knowledge of formulation development and packaging processes for color cosmetics
