Position Summary The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role ensures company policies are followed and supports leadership in building a positive and productive work culture. Recruitment & Staffing Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Employee Relations Conduct employee engagement activities and surveys. HR Policies & Compliance Implement and update HR policies in line with federal and state labor laws. Performance Management Manage annual performance reviews. Support managers with goal-setting and performance improvement plans. Identify training and development needs. Compensation & Benefits Assist in compensation planning and salary reviews. Coordinate benefits administration (healthcare, insurance, leave management). Handle payroll-related HR tasks in collaboration with the finance team. HR Operations Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy. Prepare HR reports (turnover, attendance, hiring metrics). Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, etc.). Experience in HR operations within a fast-paced environment.
