About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based test automation, Selenium, API testing, and BDD frameworks like Cucumber. Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Java and Selenium.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure end-to-end quality.
Identify test requirements, create detailed test plans, and write reusable automation scripts.
Strong experience in Java programming for test automation
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
Proficient in API testing (RESTful services)
Experience with BDD frameworks, particularly Cucumber
Good understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI
Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of performance or security testing is a plus
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Familiarity with Playwright for modern end-to-end testing
Exposure to mobile automation tools such as Appium
