Job Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager at Scarlett Cosmetics in Mumbai. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of digital marketing strategies while also playing a crucial role in driving sales growth for the company. This includes leading marketing campaigns, managing online sales initiatives, optimizing digital touchpoints, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales strategies. Job Location : Kandivali West, Mumbai. (On-Site) Salary Range : 5.00 to 7.00 LPA Experience : 3-5 Years Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Management : Develop and implement social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Linked In. Oversee posting, scheduling, content creation, and engagement with followers to build brand presence and drive sales through organic and paid efforts. Content Strategy & Creation : Lead content creation for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media updates, and campaign materials that drive engagement and encourage purchases. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s identity and enhances the customer journey. Email Marketing : Oversee email marketing strategies, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and personalized emails aimed at nurturing leads, increasing sales, and retaining existing customers. Campaign Monitoring & Reporting : Track, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing and sales campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Provide insights and actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns for better sales results. SEO Management : Drive SEO strategy (both on-page and off-page) to improve search rankings, optimize website content, and increase organic traffic. Collaborate with the sales team to identify keywords that convert visitors into buyers. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management : Supervise customer engagement efforts across social media platforms and email to ensure prompt responses to inquiries, feedback, and comments, fostering relationships that lead to increased sales and repeat business. Keyword Research & Analytics : Lead keyword research to identify valuable search terms and trends for both SEO and paid advertising. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns that convert traffic into sales. Sales Collaboration & Strategy : Work closely with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a unified approach to driving revenue. Identify digital marketing strategies that directly contribute to sales growth, including promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Sales Funnel Optimization : Implement strategies to improve the customer journey and conversion rates, from initial awareness to final purchase. Optimize landing pages, calls to action, and checkout processes to increase sales and reduce cart abandonment. Team Leadership & Development : Manage and mentor the digital marketing team, providing guidance on campaign strategies, digital sales techniques, and performance improvements. Foster a culture of collaboration between marketing and sales teams to drive results. Public Relations & Brand Awareness : Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance Scarlett Cosmetics' brand visibility and reputation. Cultivate strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals to secure coverage in beauty magazines, blogs, and social media platforms. Oversee press releases, product launches, and event promotions to build a positive public image and increase brand credibility, ultimately driving customer interest and sales. Skills Required: Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on driving sales through online channels. Expertise in sales funnel management, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization. Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, email marketing, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into sales-driven actions. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Digital Marketing Manager at Scarlett Cosmetics will play a key role in not only building a strong digital presence but also in directly influencing the company’s revenue through strategic marketing and sales collaboration.
