The UKG Application Support Analyst / Associate Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day support of UKG applications, including issue resolution, system configuration, and user enablement. This role will serve as both a technical and functional resource, ensuring that system performance, user adoption, and overall satisfaction with UKG solutions remain high. Application Support ~ Provide frontline support for UKG applications, including timekeeping, scheduling, payroll, and workforce management modules. ~ Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. ~ Configuration & Maintenance ~ Assist with configuration changes and system updates to meet evolving business needs. ~ Support testing of upgrades, patches, and integrations to ensure system reliability. ~ Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and known issues. ~ User Support & Training ~ Serve as a resource for end-users, providing guidance and “how-to” support for UKG features. ~ Develop knowledge articles, quick reference guides, and training content to improve adoption. ~ Partner with HR, IT, and operations teams to align application support with organizational objectives. ~ Education & Experience ~ Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). ~1–3 years of experience in application support, HRIS, or workforce management systems. ~ Familiarity with HR, payroll, or workforce management processes. ~ Ability to support configuration changes, testing, and system documentation. ~ Strong communication and customer service orientation. ~ Eagerness to learn and grow into more advanced HRIS or consulting roles. ~ All applicants will be considered for employment regardless of race, color, religion or belief, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, parental status, veteran, or disability status.
