About the Opportunity:
We are a U. S.-based private equity firm with over $10 million AUM specifically dedicated to our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) arm. We are looking for an exceptionally talented Quant Developer to join our Karachi office. In this role, you will develop and optimize automated trading algorithms across multiple asset classes including US stock markets, crypto, forex, and options.
You must have prior experience building high-performance trading bots, with expertise in:
Python, Pinescript, Java Script, PHP, MATLAB, and R.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and optimize quantitative trading algorithms for US stocks, crypto, forex, and options.
Use Python, Pinescript, PHP, MATLAB, and R to create automated trading systems capable of processing large amounts of market data in real-time.
Work with large data sets to identify patterns, anomalies, and predictive indicators that can be used to improve trading strategies.
Collaborate with the trading team to implement risk management protocols and ensure that algorithms are robust and scalable.
Continuously monitor the performance of trading bots, making adjustments and optimizations as necessary to maintain competitiveness.
Develop back-testing frameworks to evaluate the historical performance of trading strategies and ensure future profitability.
Stay on top of market trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
Assist in the integration of machine learning models to enhance trading decision-making processes.
