About the RoleThis role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development, to support a culture of excellence, integrity, and growth.The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while helping shape long-term organizational development.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with organizational objectives- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for staff, engineers, and site teams- Drive performance management, goal setting, and annual appraisal cycles- Maintain and update HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance with statutory regulations (EPF, ESIC, etc.)- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and training initiatives- Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and support resource planning- Manage contractual and site staff coordination in line with labor laws and safety standards- Support leadership in organizational development and succession planningRequirements- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR management (preferably in manufacturing or infrastructure companies)- Strong understanding of HR laws, statutory compliances, and modern HR practices- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills- Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Tally HR, Zoho People, or similar)
