Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

About Us:

Bimakart is a leading insurance intermediary, partnering with multiple insurance companies to provide comprehensive motor insurance solutions to customers.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to develop and implement online strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing:

1. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, Email)

2. Manage and optimize website content for user experience and conversions

3. Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, infographics)

4. Analyze website analytics and track campaign performance

Social Media:

1. Manage social media presence (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

2. Create and schedule posts, stories, and ads

3. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages

Content Creation:

1. Write compelling blog posts, articles, and guides on motor insurance

2. Design visually appealing graphics, videos, and infographics

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer support)

Email Marketing:

1. Develop and send targeted email campaigns

2. Manage email lists, subscriptions, and unsubscribes

3. Analyze email metrics (open rates, click-through rates)

Requirements:

Essential:

1. 1-2 years of digital marketing experience

2. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads

3. Proficient in content creation (writing, graphic design, video editing)

4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

5. Familiarity with insurance industry (preferable)

Desirable:

1. Certification in digital marketing (Google Analytics, HubSpot)

2. Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)

3. Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Skills:

1. Creativity and innovation

2. Analytical and problem-solving

3. Attention to detail

4. Ability to meet deadlines

5. Adaptability and willingness to learn

Work Details:

- Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)

- Immediate joiners preferred

- Salary: Negotiable
