We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to join the Intelligent Procurement initiative. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that drive procurement transformation within the company. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that drive procurement transformation within Schneider GSC. Develop and operationalize AI/ML models for Intelligent procurement platform by leveraging AWS cloud services, databricks, Langchain & Langraph. Build and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytics, business, infra) across phases: discovery, design, development, validation, deployment, and governance. Contribute to the AgentOps ecosystem: prompt registry, memory management, and agent configuration. Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and audit protocols. Bachelor's/Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field. ~5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, statistical modeling, and data engineering. ~ Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred). ~ Experience with tools such as SageMaker, LangChain, Bedrock, OpenSearch, and Terraform. ~ Strong understanding of procurement domain data: supplier performance, pricing trends, risk indicators etc. ~ Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and multi-agent orchestration. Hybrid work model with presence in Bengaluru office preferred. We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
