Position : FS Risk Manager / Assistant Manager

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 3–8 years (based on role and level)

Industry : Financial Services (FS), BFSI, NBFC, Insurance, or Treasury

Key Responsibilities-

Internal Audit :

  • Execute internal audits across FS, BFSI, NBFC, and insurance sectors.
  • Identify risks, process inefficiencies, and control gaps; propose remediation measures.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational policies.

Risk Management and Mitigation :

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies for financial operations.
  • Perform detailed reviews of processes to identify and mitigate risks in treasury, compliance, and operations.

Transaction Monitoring and Forensic Audits :

  • Conduct investigations and audits focusing on fraud detection and prevention.
  • Implement tools and strategies to enhance transaction monitoring capabilities.

Treasury Audit and Operations :

  • Evaluate and audit treasury processes, including cash flow management, liquidity risks, and compliance.
  • Ensure regulatory adherence in treasury operations for FS and banking clients.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Reporting :

  • Provide actionable recommendations through comprehensive reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements in risk frameworks.

Qualifications and Skills-

  • Education :Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • Experience :3–8 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk management, treasury operations, or forensic audits.
  • Industry: Candidates from consulting firms, financial institutions, or boutique consulting firms are preferred.
