About the Job – Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementationadvice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios.2. Job Title – Oracle Project Accounting3. Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai4. Educational Background – BE/Btech5. Key Responsibilities –• Should have 8+ years of experience in Oracle Application in Project Accounting modules that include Project Costing and Project Billing Modules• Should Handle at least 2 to 3 Implementation/Upgrade/Roll out projects in version 12.1.3 & above.• Should have knowledge in configuring/making changes to the configurations as per the requirement with MFG industries integrations• Should have good communication skills to interact with business users.• MUST have proficient in English & Korean language• MUST have expertise in business facing roles, conducting workshops /CRP/SIT/UAT/Go Live• Should have knowledge in configuring/making changes to the configurations as per the requirement• Should have worked on preparation of configuration documents, Functional design documents for CEMLI components Good to have knowledge in SQL.Must have skills:• Knowledge of Oracle Projects Accounting Modules i.e. below• Oracle Project Costing• Oracle Project Billing• Oracle Project Management.• Good to have Project Manufacturing knowledge and Functionalities• Good to have knowledge in MFG Industry with Projects.• Well versed with configurations and good understanding of Auto-Accounting concepts in Projects & Subledger accounting.• Basic knowledge for writing/executing queries using Sql developer• Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments.• Should have worked across Implementation/Upgrade projects for Project Accounting.• Good understanding of all the oracle AIM documentations.• Support experience and testing experience is good to have & Experience with Agile environment is a plusRole/Expectations on Project:• To work as individual contributor in the capacity of Functional consultant across implementation & support projects.• Should be able to develop end to end solutions for implementations.• Understand the global solution• Understand the site-specific delta requirements• Module configuration• Unit & integration testing Conduct system tests, and integration test (identified business scenarios)• Training the core team• CRP & UAT execution• Interact with users and managers for issue resolution• Functional design documentation• Adhering to project timelines and deliverables• Maintain standards and proceduresRole/Expectations towards competency:• Manage detailed training & documentation to build internal Capability.
