As a Product Designer, you'll embrace the exciting challenge of designing solutions that revolutionize construction workflows and enhance productivity, shaping groundbreaking concepts that will redefine how our SaaS-based products empower the construction industry. In this rapidly evolving environment, you'll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and business managers to identify customer aspirations and align them with our business goalsA keen eye for visual design and user-centered aestheticsStrong skills in design thinking , problem-solving , and structured design approachesExpert-level proficiency in Figma , including components, prototyping, auto layout, and design systemsHands-on experience with the latest design tools and a passion for learning new technologiesQualificationsVisual Design skillsExperience with Design Thinking methodologiesUser Research, including conducting user interviews and usability testingProduct Design skills, including wireframing and prototypingUX Research skills to understand user needs and improve user experienceProficiency in FigmaB2B SaaS experience.Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.Good understanding of code.A degree in HCI, Graphic Design or a related fieldExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work on-site in HyderabadBachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
