The Sales Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for managing a sales team, handling brokerage transactions, and overseeing commercial real estate projects. This role involves leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent Communication skills Experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate Proven Team Management and Team Leadership skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field Experience in the Bangalore real estate market is a plus
