We are looking for a talented Sr. Engineer - DevOps to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • CI/CD Pipeline Management: Work closely with the development team to design, implement, and scale CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
  • Infrastructure Automation: Set up and manage infrastructure using modern automation tools like Docker, Ansible, Salt , and Jenkins .
  • Optimization & Monitoring: Optimize server performance and infrastructure costs while ensuring robust monitoring for high-availability systems.
  • Code, Build, and Release Management: Leverage Git, Jenkins , and Chef for smooth code management and deployment processes.
  • Security & Compliance: Integrate DevSecOps best practices, ensuring robust security measures (authentication, authorization, auditing) are in place for all applications and services.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain mission-critical applications.
  • Continuous Deployment: Build and automate deployment workflows, ensuring fast and reliable delivery to production.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2-4 years in DevOps roles with hands-on experience setting up and managing large-scale CI/CD pipelines.
  • Core Skills:
  • Proficiency in RedHat OpenShift (1+ year)
  • Experience with Jenkins, Docker, GitLab , and Git
  • Scripting expertise in Shell and at least one other language ( Python or Ruby )
  • Familiarity with tools like Ansible and Salt
  • Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Redis, Data Grid , and multi-tier distributed systems
  • SRE Expertise: Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and infrastructure optimization.
  • Security Focus: Awareness of DevSecOps and OWASP Top 10 .
  • Certifications (Preferred): DevOps / DevSecOps certifications, RedHat OpenShift / Kubernetes , or OpenShift Administration .
  • Soft Skills: Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
