The TeleCaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to Prospects and potential students, explaining the academy’s courses and services, following up on leads, responding to inquiries, and maintaining records. The TeleCaller will also assist in enrolling students in courses and providing exceptional customer service to existing and prospective students.QualificationsExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in customer service, sales, or telemarketingAbility to manage time effectively and work independentlyBasic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS OfficeFluency in multiple languages like Telugu, Hindi and English and any other languages will be a benefitNeed to work on Daily TargetsBest Suites who are working from Home.High school diploma or equivalent higher education preferredSalary: Base: 8000 rupees + 500 Rupees for successful enrolments for each Student
