(Fill the details)Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025 XXXX.Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.Eligibility:Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shiftsJob Description:1-8 years in Sourcing, Contracting and Procurement operations (PR to PO) processesExperience of dealing with international suppliers/customersEurope sourcing and procurement experience preferredExperience in leading sourcing projects, build and executing RFPs, evaluating responsesExperience in Price & bid analysisCoordinate and execute bid clarification/management, conduct supplier negotiation, Award contracts to selected suppliersExperience in drafting and managing contractsReporting, spend analysis and delivering spend resultsManages team of 20-25 members, including recruitment, training, and attrition of the team members.Initiate process controls, quality plans and risk mitigation initiativesManages processes and the metrics on a day-to-day basisEnsures delivery and meet SLAsLiaises with client organization for any delivery requirementResolve queries coming from both requesters and suppliersContract & Catalog creation, administration, and compliance monitoringSupport category teams with administrative tasks such as spend consolidations (rework some data), review purchase orders, etc.Identify and resolve exceptions.Liaises with client organization for any delivery requirementProcess improvement
