Our estimating division in India supports the U. S. operations with accurate, timely, and high-quality takeoff data using AGTEK, Auto CAD, and related tools.Position OverviewWe are seeking aRemote AGTEK / CAD Technicianto prepareearthwork models, grading plans, and quantity takeoffsfrom civil drawings. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience withcut/fill analysis, over-excavation calculations, and surface modeling , and the ability to read and interpret civil and geotechnical plans.Key ResponsibilitiesImport and processcivil drawings (PDF/DWG)intoAGTEK Earthwork 4 D / Gradeworkfor grading and quantity analysis.Createdigital terrain models (DTMs)and performcut/fill volume calculationsincluding shrink/swell adjustments.Preparelayered site plansinAuto CADshowing grading limits, over-excavation zones, pad caps, and utility trenching.Coordinate with U. S. estimators to verify quantities, clarify plan details, and refine takeoff results.Reviewgeotechnical reportsto identifysoil types, PI, swell, over-excavation, and fill recommendationsrelevant to takeoffs.Produce organizedExcel summariesfor volumes, materials, and import/export balances.Maintain file standards, drawing templates, and consistent output quality across projects.Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor’s inCivil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.Minimum2 years of experienceusingAGTEK (Earthwork 4 D or Materials 4 D)andAuto CAD Civil 3 D.Strong understanding ofgrading, contour interpretation, and construction drawings(site, utility, paving, drainage).Ability to readplan/profile sheets, grading plans, and detail calloutsaccurately.Experience preparingcut/fill and over-excavation calculationsfor commercial or residential sites.Proficiency withMicrosoft Excel(formulas, volume summaries, pivot tables).Reliable internet connection and ability to work.What We OfferCompetitive pay in INR (based on experience and performance).Long-term remote position with stable workflow.Training in U.
