Are you a dynamic, action-oriented individual with a passion for building category-defining products? Do you thrive at the intersection of FinTech , SaaS, and AI? We are a fast-growing London-based RegTech startup seeking our first Product Leader to own the end-to-end product charter for our flagship ComplyLens Risk Assessment Platform . This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape the future of compliance technology and work with clients globally.

Product Strategy: Shaping the vision and roadmap for the ComplyLens platform, working closely with the founder, leadership team, and development. You will define a product that not only meets regulatory requirements but also solves real-world compliance challenges for our clients.
· Development & Collaboration: Working closely with our talented engineering team, you will translate the product strategy into a tangible, high-quality, and scalable platform.
· Required Skills & Experience:
· Experience in an end-to-end product management role, ideally within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
· Regulatory Knowledge: An understanding of financial regulations such as the Market Abuse Regulation (MAR), Money Laundering Regulations (MLR), or Fraud Regulations.
· RCSA Expertise: Familiarity with the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) methodology, or the ability to quickly learn how firms use this for risk management.
· Understanding of Capital Markets, including how financial instruments are traded, and the various market participants.
