Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Finance Manager / CFO Location: Remote / Ability to work Night Shifts Desired Experience: Interns/ Fresher/ 0-1 Years Experience Employment Type: Full-Time (Remote) Pay Range : Upto INR 2.5 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a Finance Representative to support our accounting and financial operations for different departments, including company financial reporting and personal finance tracking for executives or clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, financial literacy, and the ability to manage confidential financial data with discretion and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, assisting in budgeting, analyzing expenditures, and maintaining financial records for both business and individual portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Corporate Finance Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the company. Analyze business expenses, revenues, and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Work to ensure accuracy in general ledger entries and reconciliation. Support in the preparation of audit documentation and compliance reporting. Track accounts payable/receivable and cash flow to maintain accurate financial health records. Support as Procurement Finance working by closing with suppliers in negotiations. Personal Finance Support (Executive/Clients): Prepare and maintain personal income, expenditure, and investment reports. Monitor individual budgets, savings, and portfolio performance. Coordinate with personal accountants, bankers, and investment advisors. Help track and organize documents for tax filing and personal financial planning. Ensure personal financial data is securely maintained and updated regularly. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Fresher–1 years of experience in a finance-related role. Candidate must be currently living in New Delhi NCR. Strong Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software skills (e.g., Quick Books, SAP, Tally). High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling personal and corporate data. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred: Experience supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
