Job Overview

This is a full-time role for a leasing associate in Jaipur. He would be responsible for the execution of leasing transactions and would assist the management and the team in generating/service leads. This role involves interacting with prospective tenants, landlords, internal teams, and consultants.

Qualification

Work experience - 2-10 years (same filed )

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related real-estate field

Internship or work experience in a real estate company or multinational retailer (real-estate team)

Key responsibilities

  • Gathering and understanding supply & transaction tracker
  • Maintain proper communication
  • Data collation and presentation 
  • Requirement bases suitable option/IM proposals
  • Visit, align & assistance
  • Lead generation / Business Development
  • Lease understanding & negotiation
  • Maintaining a positive revenue stream

Key skills

  • MS Office 
  • Google services and applications like maps, form, etc
  • Strong communication and fluent control of written and verbal language
  • Understanding of retail and corporate brands
