About The Job We're looking for a designer who has the following capabilities: Excellent command over Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, In Design).

Working knowledge of Figma & Canva.

A good understanding of creating & delivering print & digital assets.

Good working experience of Generative Ai design tools.

Theoretical knowledge of design principles, philosophies, awareness of popular design practices, etc.

A passionate & actively followed hobby.

Major brownie points to someone who can show some video editing or motion graphics capabilities as well.

----------------- Key Responsibilities in this Role Include Working on international & local client projects related to Graphic Design.

Graphic design projects include designing brochures, corporate documents, logos, brand guidelines, company stationery, posters, banner ads for all mediums, social media posts, etc.

Sketching ideas & building physical prototypes.

Assisting the team members and contributing ideas for the betterment of the project.

Performing thorough research on client's brief, and contemporary practices.

Understanding timelines and delivering the task before deadlines.

Ability to review and design objectively without personal bias.

----------------- Preferred Candidates Apart from the main skills & abilities required in a Graphic designer, candidates with following skills/abilities/experiences would be preferred higher: (1) English written & spoken proficiency & good command over English grammar.

(2) An actively managed personal design portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or any other platform.

(3) Done prior internships in graphic design or UI/UX design domains.

(4) Someone who has read the book ' Design of Everyday Things'.

(5) Good general knowledge, awareness of current affairs, and decent aptitude.
