Designation : SEO Trainee
Experience : Fresher to 1 year
Location : Goregaon
Stipend: 10,000 monthly for 6 months
Note: Your performance would be reviewed after 6 Months and if found satisfactory, you would be hired as a permanent employee into the organization with a salary hike.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
o Conduct keyword research using various tools to identify high-value keywords relevant to our business.
o Analyze keyword competitiveness and search volume to prioritize target keywords effectively.
2. On-Page SEO Optimization:
o Assist in optimizing website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page SEO factors.
o Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and user experience.
3. Off-Page SEO Activities:
o Learn and support off-page SEO strategies such as link building, guest blogging, and social bookmarking.
o Assist in building backlinks and improving domain authority through ethical SEO practices.
4. Technical SEO Support:
o Gain exposure to technical SEO aspects such as site speed optimization, mobile friendliness, and structured data markup.
o Learn to identify and resolve technical issues that impact search engine rankings.
5. SEO Performance Reporting:
o Monitor and report on key SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
o Assist in preparing SEO performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Content Strategy Support:
o Collaborate with content creators to align SEO strategies with content marketing goals.
o Learn to optimize content for both users and search engines while maintaining quality and relevance.
7. Stay Updated with SEO Trends:
o Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO.
o Continuously expand knowledge of SEO through training, workshops, and self-learning.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Enthusiasm for digital marketing and specifically for SEO.
• Basic understanding of search engines and how they operate.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc. (preferred, but not mandatory).
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience or internship in digital marketing or SEO-related role is a plus but not required
