Job Title: CAD Designer We're seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our design team and contribute to the creation of stunning jewellery collections. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3D modeling software tailored to jewellery design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for transforming concepts into manufacturable prototypes. Rendering and Procreate are additionally beneficial. Create detailed 3D CAD models for jewellery pieces, including rings, necklaces, earrings, and custom orders using software like Rhino, Matrix, JewelCAD, or similar. Collaborate with the design and production teams to iterate on concepts, incorporating feedback and ensuring designs meet quality and cost standards. Stay updated on industry trends, new software tools, and materials to enhance design efficiency and creativity. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Jewellery Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ~5+ years of experience in CAD design, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry. ~ Proficiency in jewellery-specific CAD software (e.g., Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes, gemology, and materials like precious metals and stones. ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ~ Portfolio showcasing previous jewellery designs and CAD work is required. ~ Bonus: Experience with 3D printing, CAM software, or rendering tools like KeyShot.
