About Live Altlife:Live Altlife is a “Food as Medicine” company where we combine cutting-edge research &technology-based solutions to address the root cause of metabolic disorders such asdiabetes, obesity, PCOS, etc. We are a one-stop solution which takes care of food &nutrition, wellness coaching and diagnostic requirements for our customers.What are we looking for?We’re looking for motivated and self-driven Diet & Nutrition post-graduates with 5-8 years of experience.Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory rolesExcellent communication skillsFluency in English and Kannada is a must.Willingness to commute to different partner locations( within Bangalore ) to ensure that the operations are smoothly handled.One must be willing to work till late in the evening (8:30 PM/9:00 PM)Someone who likes connecting with people & motivating them to make healthier life choicesResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and support a team of clinical nutritionists to ensure quality and consistency in consultationMonitor consultations done by the team, ensuring they align with diabetes care protocols and organizational standardsPosition appropriate Livealtlife programs that meet the needs & preferences of patientsAct as the primary liaison between the nutrition team and partner doctorsConduct in-person visits across clinics to maintain strong relationships with medical partnersEnsure accurate documentation and timely reporting from the nutrition teamBe the face of the organisation at our partner locations & coordinate closely with partner stakeholders on regular basis to maintain relationshipsProvide insights and actionable suggestions to improve the consulting processesPropose recommendations to the product team in terms of new features/services or ideas to maximise conversions.What's in it for you?Opportunity to work in a growing, mission-driven healthcare environmentLeadership role with meaningful impact on client health outcomesEngage directly with those you impact and observe the difference you make.Work environment designed to continuously raise the bar for productivity.Expect fast-paced learning in a strongly experimentation-driven culture.Learn and develop an acumen for holistic healthcare.Accomplished mentors and colleagues.
