Creative Designer (Contract – 6 Months) Duration: 6 Months (Contract Role) Who are we? noon is the largest e-commerce player in the Middle East and is quickly becoming the go-to platform for all online customer needs. We’re on a mission to build the future of online shopping, and we’re looking for exceptional creative talent to join us. What you’ll do? Creative Vision & Strategy: Define the visual direction for campaigns and projects to align with business goals and brand identity. Hands-on Design: Develop and deliver high-quality creative outputs including key visuals, graphics, motion content, and other marketing collaterals. Concept Development: Translate ideas into strong creative concepts across digital, social, and offline platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and business teams to deliver impactful campaigns. Quality & Consistency: Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and maintain a strong, cohesive brand identity. Trend Spotting: Stay updated with global design and motion trends, and apply them to elevate our creative work. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related fields. Experience: 3-4 years in creative roles, preferably within e-commerce, advertising, or digital-first brands. Hands-On Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AfterEffects, and familiarity with AI design tools. Motion Graphics Advantage: Candidates with motion graphics/animation skills will be given preference. Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic environment. Who will excel? At noon, we believe “noon isn’t for everyone. You should be resourceful, comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, and eager to deliver high-quality results in a short time frame.
