About the role

Looking for a Creative Designer for Visual merchandising to join our dynamic VM team. The ideal

candidate will have a strong passion for aesthetics, branding, and Retail design. The VM Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs for Instore Displays, Campaign Decors,

Windows, Focal points and collections launches.

Responsibilities

Windows/Focal Point Creation : Develop high-quality concepts, design layouts, and

prototypes for Windows and focal display for the new collections and seasonal campaign

Branding : Ensure all designs align with and promote the company's brand guidelines and

overall visual identity. Develop new design assets and styles as needed to maintain brand

consistency In-store

Collaboration : Work closely with product designers, Merchandising teams, Branding team

and other stakeholders to create visually impactful VM elements in line with brand ideation

Prototypes and Mock-ups : Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for all the

VM elements and detailed guideline / manual to be rolled out to RVMs/AVMs and frontend

team, much before the Implementation dates

Presentation & Communication: Should be in line with Product presentation strategy and

give necessary support in terms of call outs and communication designs

Meet the Timeline: Should meet the timeline for all the given task and to be proactive in

closure of Design and concepts as per VM Calendar

Problem-Solving: Ability to approach design challenges creatively and adapt designs based

on feedback and different sizes & Locations

Candidate requirements

Qualification: Graduation / Post graduation in Fashion Design/ Retail Design from a reputed

Design college

Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a VM or VM Designer role

Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and/or other industry-standard design software.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of VM design projects, including Sketch files

and illustrative renditions

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver polished, high-quality
