Finacle Tech Development
Work with the existing Finacle team at customer for designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical architecture of the Finacle core banking solution
work closely with development, support, and business teams to ensure the effective delivery of the Finacle platform, including integration with other banking systems.
Develop and maintain a robust technical architecture for the Finacle Core Banking System, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technology strategies.
Lead the design of customizations, configurations, and extensions to the Finacle platform to address specific banking needs.
Ensure the system is highly scalable, secure, and optimized for performance, with appropriate redundancy and fault tolerance.
Design and implement integration solutions for Finacle with external applications such as CRM systems, third-party APIs, and payment gateways.
Oversee the use of middleware technologies and APIs for seamless integration with other banking services.
Ensure the architecture adheres to all relevant banking regulations and security standards, including data encryption, authentication mechanisms, and transaction security.
Implement robust data protection and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical banking data.
Continuously evaluate system performance and make recommendations for improvements, including load balancing, performance tuning, and database optimization.
Work with Dev Ops and infrastructure teams to ensure Finacle is running optimally.
Provide technical leadership to development teams in designing and implementing new Finacle modules or enhancements.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
