During the six-month program, Interns get exposure to different areas and teams at Havas. They will get both formal and on-the job learning opportunities while studying and developing their professional skills. Responsibilities as an E-Commerce Intern Learn business analysis and website management Assist with daily maintenance of website operations Complete tasks related to bi-weekly website changes Analyse user activity, website metrics, and trends Incorporate data-driven decision making to improve user experience through increased website functionality Research competitor websites to analyze enhancements and trends Kickstart to Success One- week induction and introduction to your mentor Two live projects in the course of 4-5 months Exposure to on-going client work Performance review every 3 months Pre-placement offer on successful completion of the program basis fair assessment Mentorship Every intern will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance during the course of the program. They will supervise and give feedback on overall performance, project deliverables and skills. The mentors will play a critical role to kickstart their careers at Havas.
