Monitoring and Performance Engineer

Implement and maintain cross-datacenter replication (XDR) and strong consistency configurations. Performance Optimization Monitor cluster performance using Aerospike Monitoring Console (AMC), Prometheus, and Grafana. Optimize read/write patterns and secondary index performance. Data Management Implement data lifecycle management (TTL, cold storage policies). Develop and manage data migration plans for cluster upgrades or hardware changes. Manage RBAC roles and access policies. Create scripts (Python, Bash, Ansible) for provisioning, maintenance, and monitoring tasks. Integrate Aerospike with CI/CD pipelines for application testing. Diagnose and resolve cluster performance bottlenecks, node failures, or replication lag. Work closely with application teams to optimize Aerospike queries and data models. Diploma or BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science or Electronics Proficiency with Linux system administration (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu). Strong knowledge of Aerospike storage engine tuning (device, memory, hybrid). Experience with XDR replication and multi-cluster setups. Familiarity with mTLS and secure cluster configurations. Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash. Experience with monitoring tools: Familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenShift Aerospike Operator is a plus.
