We are seeking a Lead/Senior Software Engineer (PHP) to join our Data Integrations team

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex challenges in a backend-focused environment, leveraging modern technologies and ensuring seamless data connectivity at scale.

Design and implement scalable, robust, and flexible integration solutions tailored to business needs.

Develop, maintain, and optimize integrations with external systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and HubSpot.

Work with Kubernetes, database optimization, and AWS cloud-native technologies to evolve our architecture.

Modernize our PHP-based and Golang stack and ensure smooth interaction between legacy and modern components.

Collaborate with your Scrum team to scope, estimate, implement, and test new features and fixes.

Contribute to platform stability and performance improvement initiatives.

5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer in a backend-focused role.

~ Expertise in backend development using PHP

~ Fluent in written and spoken English.

~ Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in distributed or fully remote teams.

~ Proven experience designing and managing systems that move and synchronize data across platforms at scale

Expertise in backend development using languages like TypeScript/Node and Java

Experience integrating with Salesforce, Marketo and HubSpot

Experience working with AWS technologies (e.g., Cloud Development Kit, Terraform etc).

Experience presenting technical ideas, solutions, or approaches to other team members.

Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React, and experience collaborating across the stack when needed.

Knowledge of database optimization techniques and performance tuning for large datasets.

Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing containerized workloads
