Human Resource ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and support all HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have a strong understanding of both strategic and day-to-day HR operations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.Develop and implement HR policies and proceduresMaintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsManage employee relations and conflict resolutionLead performance management efforts and employee development plansLead benefit administration and open enrollmentMaintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, etc.)Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)Oversee training and development of employees.Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging company cultureRequirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field7-10 years of HR management experienceStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteSalary: 75,000-85,000 per month or 9LPA-10.2 LPA
