Role : Windows AdminExperience : 5 to 10Location : BangaloreKey Skill : Windows Server, VMWare-VCF, Patching and Vulnerability ManagementMust-Have :Good hands on experience in Windows Server, VMWare-VCF, Patching and Vulnerability ManagementGood Have :Work experience in various windows versions including latestKey Responsibilities:- Windows Server Administration- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022).- Configure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services.- Patch & Vulnerability Management- Plan and execute OS patching cycles using tools like WSUS, SCCM, or Intune.- Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation based on security advisories.- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.- Monitor system health, performance, and capacity using tools like SCOM or equivalent.- Troubleshoot server issues and provide Level 2/3 support for escalated incidents.- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting.- Ensure backup jobs run successfully and support disaster recovery drills.- Implement hardening guidelines and security baselines.- Maintain audit-ready documentation for patching and vulnerability management.
