JOB DESCRIPTION-
Duties and responsibilities
Store representation and styling
Develop and implement innovative visual displays and merchandising strategies for product placement in-store.
Understand the brand ethos and identify customer’s needs and help them find products that fit their need.
Create home styling guidance to match customer’s style and needs.
Offer personalized styling advise which in turn will result in upselling of the products.
Sound knowledge in Planogram for store lay outs and arrangements.
Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute store layouts, optimizing space and flow for customer engagement and product visibility.
Adjust displays as needed to reflect new arrivals, seasonal promotions, or inventory changes.
Assist customers to select products that can complement their home decor requirements through suggestions and recommendations.
Be informed about top trends of home styling and market requirements
Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
Keep up with the latest trends in home decor, fashion, and design to incorporate them into visual displays and overall merchandising strategies.
Analyse competitor displays and industry trends to enhance the store's merchandising approach.
Monitor stock levels and request restocks for best-selling products to maintain visually appealing displays.
Ensure all merchandise is correctly tagged and priced for easy customer access.
Track the performance of merchandising strategies, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements.
Work with sales teams to understand customer preferences and adapt visual displays accordingly.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align visual concepts with brand strategy and marketing campaigns.
Provide guidance to store associates (Retail Sales Executives) on the presentation of products and visual standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant experience of 3 to 5 yrs
Knowledge of the home decor market and trends.
Good work ethics and calm attitude
Preferable- Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Des/M.Des) from NIFT  Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail.
Proficient in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other visual tools.
Excellent understanding of color theory, lighting, and product display techniques.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
