Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Java Microservices and Spring Boot to join our team. This role requires hands-on technical proficiency as well as the ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The successful candidate will lead development initiatives, drive innovation, and ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of Java-based Microservices using Spring Boot .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Manage and prioritize stakeholder expectations, with the ability to confidently say "no" when required to maintain project integrity and timelines.
  • Provide expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in PL/SQL , including debugging and optimization.
  • Debug issues in the code base and manage the CI/CD deployment pipeline .
  • Use development tools such as Eclipse or IntelliJ , and ensure proper use of tools like Postman , Bitbucket , and JIRA for issue tracking and collaboration.


Skills & Experience:

  • 10 to 14 years of experience in Java-based development, with a focus on Microservices and Spring Boot .
  • Strong expertise in PL/SQL and proficiency in debugging code.
  • Proficiency in managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Postman , Bitbucket , JIRA , and other relevant development tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and maintain open lines of communication.
