We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Villa Training & Development Manager to join our team in Goa. Design, implement, and manage training programs for villa staff across operations, service standards, and guest experience.
Identify skill gaps and create development plans to enhance performance and productivity.
Work closely with operations and management teams to align training with business goals.
Monitor training outcomes and provide feedback for improvement.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.

Qualifications & Experience:
~3–5 years of experience in training, hospitality, or villa/property management.
~ Strong understanding of service standards, operational processes, and team development.
~ Compensation:
~ Competitive salary around ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
