The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dispatch operations, driver coordination, and maintaining smooth logistics workflows with accuracy and professionalism. Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Language: Fluent English (mandatory) Key Responsibilities: Manage daily dispatch operations for trucks and drivers. Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any on-road issues. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and insurance representatives . Ensure smooth operations with accurate documentation and record-keeping . Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and load assignments efficiently. Handle dispatch software and tracking tools confidently. Maintain compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in trucking logistics or dispatch. Fluent English — mandatory. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Knowledge of dispatch systems and GPS tracking tools also the log book and HOS Experience dealing with drivers and customers. Must be detail-oriented with strong record management habits.
