Housr has strategically established its foothold in the prominent business hubs of Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram, and Pune.
Building on its success, the brand is now set to expand its operations into other prominent tier-1 and tier-2 cities.
With an ambitious goal of reaching over 100 properties and 10,000 beds by the end of March 2025, Housr is poised to redefine the co-living landscape in India.
Key Job Responsibilities: Undertake design project from concept to completion.
Should have a prior experience in managing a team of 2-3 members.
Vendor coordination and management.
Interpret and translate brand needs into detailed plans and 3 Ds.
Create detailed Bo Qs and costing as per brand requirements and budget.
Research and procure materials and manage products sourcing.
Produce “sample” and “mood boards” Maintain timelines and ensure smooth and timely handover.
Work closely with designers, towards ongoing and upcoming projects.
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
Provide creative solutions to potential blockers in on going projects.
Desired Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
Expertise in space planning, furniture layout, FF&E, 3 D visualization, and project management.
Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, MS Office, and other design programs.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work.
Creative talent with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management abilities.
