We're seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage multiple architectural projects from concept to completion. Design Leadership: Lead design teams in developing and implementing project designs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering high-quality services. Team Management: Mentor and guide junior architects, providing feedback, and promoting professional growth. Technical Expertise: Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and interior design, to ensure integrated project delivery. Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture. Experience: 18 to 20+ years of experience in architecture, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities. With expertise in high-rise residential and commercial architecture, you'd design and develop buildings that redefine city skylines. Efficient floor plans and spatial planning Commercial High-Rises: Office towers and corporate headquarters Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and structural systems Experience with high-rise design, construction, and project management Collaboration with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
