The ideal candidate should be adept at sourcing candidates from diverse channels, skilled at conducting in-depth interviews, and committed to ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, including job postings, leveraging social media, professional networks, and recruitment databases. Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule and coordinate interviews. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, policies, and procedures. Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with candidates to enhance candidate experience and promote the employer brand. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. ~2-4 years of proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role. ~ Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. ~ Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Certification in Recruitment or Human Resources (e.g., Experience with behavioral interview techniques and assessments. Proven network-building and social media recruitment skills.
