We’re looking for a Senior Director, Product Management to join the Machine Learning Experience (MLX) team The AI experience we're creating is the foundation upon which our lines of business will continue to deliver next-generation machine learning-driven products and services for our customers. Deeply understand the needs of data scientists, machine learning engineers and model risk officers across Capital One Responsible for a team of directly reporting product managers Maintain a healthy backlog of work and play a critical role in many agile ceremonies. Interested in building lasting relationships with peers and having fun while building products that delight customers and drive value to the business Even better if you have experience doing this for data scientists and machine learning engineers Passionate about building a well-rounded product management skill set that is human centered, business focused, and technology driven with an emphasis on integrated problem solving and people leadership You are experienced working in an Agile environment Bachelor’s Degree At least 15 years of experience in product management or at least 12 years of experience in business analysis or data science At least 5 years of people leadership experience leading product manager teams MBA or Master’s degree Experience building products for data scientists, machine learning engineers or model risk officers Expertise in observability, logging, monitoring, tracing, AIOps and MLOps. Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies Experience working at a startup or in a startup environment
