Join us as we redefine the future of hybrid sports in India.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India for a Co-Founder at  Clublympics . The Co-Founder will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development of the company, building partnerships with brands, fitness communities, and key stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. The role includes managing the overall growth strategy, leading marketing and branding initiatives, organizing league events, and shaping a scalable hybrid sports model. The Co-Founder will also play a pivotal role in fostering a high-energy, collaborative team environment and developing strategies to elevate the Clublympics experience.Please note: This role requires a capital investment towards the pilot Delhi event as part of the co-founder commitment.QualificationsStrategic planning, business development, and leadership skillsBrand building, marketing strategies, and digital storytelling expertiseExperience in event management, operational execution, and organizational developmentStrong relationship-building and networking skills, with ability to establish partnershipsKnowledge of fitness, sports, or related industries is highly preferredEntrepreneurial mindset with innovative problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in project management and team collaboration toolsPassion for sports, fitness, and fostering community engagementPlease note: This role requires a capital investment towards the pilot Delhi event as part of the co-founder commitment.
