Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Conga Apttus CPQ Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical and functional background in Apttus CPQ, Salesforce development, and overall Salesforce platform architecture.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Conga Apttus CPQ, Apex, Visual Force, and Force.com.
- Proven track record of at least one full lifecycle of Apttus Salesforce CPQ implementations, playing a techno-functional role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com architecture, including core capabilities, limitations, and best practices for customization.
- Extensive experience in both technical and functional aspects of Salesforce project delivery.
- Proficiency in CPQ configuration within Conga Apttus, including complex pricing models, product rules, and approval workflows.
- Experience with at least one full lifecycle of SFDC/Sales Cloud implementation is required.
- Telecom industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Conga Apttus CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Participate in full lifecycle implementation of Apttus CPQ, including solution design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable and effective CPQ solutions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce components using Apex, Visual Force, and Force.com, ensuring seamless integration with other Salesforce products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing post-implementation support and enhancements as needed.
- Provide technical guidance, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices for Salesforce development.
